LATEST NEWS: Our continued approach to Covid-19.

Autotag is a trusted supplier to the emergency services and various other essential businesses. We continue to serve ALL our customers in post-pandemic UK & our European markets. Our approach going into the pandemic proved appropriate. We had to evolve & introduce changes to our working practices.  We remain vigilant & prepared to reinstate measures if levels of Covid infection are seen to increase as we go into autumn/winter 22.

ORDERS: Online orders are encouraged & customers will receive an email confirming the order.  We continue to actively encourage use of our website for online orders to be securely placed with us.  If you require assistance then do please email us from the online link or via [email protected] – or give us a call on 0344 225 0155. You can also reach us out of hours on 07771 666 688.

If we are unable to answer your call at the time, please leave a message. We will return your call as quickly as we can.

Our aim is always to serve you to the best of our ability & as efficiently as possible.

FULFILMENT: We rely upon our couriers &, as such, all shipments & deliveries are subject to factors beyond our control. We will not make false promises so if we find ourselves with staff shortages due to Covid, we may need to extend our standard Service Level from 3-5 days to 5-7 days. We endeavour to minimise delay wherever possible & we thank you for your understanding.

SERVICE: Autotag strives to service our customers to the normal high standards expected of us – despite any possible impact of Covid.  We continue to take all possible action to adhere to HM Government’s directives. We continue to adhere to the health & hygiene measures at our disposal –  both in-house, in the interfaces with our third party suppliers, our couriers & with our valued customers.
